Foods That Sabotage Your Wellness Goals
In my previous article, I discussed the importance of incorporating a variety of nutrient-rich foods in your diet to promote overall health. While it is crucial to focus on what to include in your diet, it’s equally important to consider what items to avoid or lessen, in order to maintain optimal health. As far as I can recall, every visit to a general practitioner would invariably entail being instructed to lessen salt, sugar, and oil intake. Indicating that reducing these products is extremely crucial for maintaining optimal health. The result of hearing these pearls of wisdom countless times (probably coming from the fact that anything repeated often becomes a habit) is that I’ve adopted them as a part of my lifestyle and incorporated them into my daily routine.
